Features of asphalt mixing station dust collector:

1. The dust collector of the asphalt mixing station adopts the pulse backflush cleaning method, which is the dust cleaning method in my country. The upper box of the equipment is divided into eighteen small chambers that are not connected to each other and are connected with a long Venturi tube. , using program-controlled pulses to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning, the structure eliminates the blowpipe and the small venturi tube at the upper end of the filter bag, the structure is simple, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
2. Compared with other domestic dust collectors, the asphalt mixing plant dust removal equipment has the characteristics of large air volume, low system resistance, and wide application range. (Purification and recovery treatment of mixed gases with dust concentration <60g/m3 at normal temperature and high temperature)
3. The flower board that separates the upper and middleboxes is pressed into a certain tapered hole to form a smooth surface contact with the filter bag, which has good sealing and reduces the wear between the hole edge and the filter bag.
4. The dust collector of the asphalt mixing station has a simple and reasonable structure, a small footprint, and can be installed indoors and outdoors. Users can choose their own model or parallel combination according to their production process and processing air volume, and carbon steel or stainless steel dust collectors can be provided as needed.
The working principle of asphalt mixing plant dust collector:
Dust-containing gas enters the bag filter from the air inlet and is filtered through the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas flows from the inside of the filter bag to the upper chambers and is discharged from the air outlet through a long Venturi tube. When the dust adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag reaches a certain value, it is pulse-injected at regular intervals controlled by the program. That is, while the high-pressure air is sprayed into the long venturi tube, the purified gas is blown back into the filter bag, forming a The larger pressure difference will sweep down the dust to achieve the purpose of dust cleaning and keep the resistance of the entire equipment and system stable. The dust blown back falls to the bottom of the lower box and is discharged and recycled by the screw conveyor.
