The dust-containing gas is transported by the fan into the dust collector. The large particles of dust are separated and fall directly into the ash hopper. The remaining light dust is evenly distributed with the airflow through the diverter baffle and then filtered by high-density filter bags. The filtered clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere from the exhaust hood; as the filtration process progresses, dust will accumulate on the surface of the filter bag. When the dust reaches a certain amount, the dust will automatically fall off. The air pressure pulse cleaning device will remove the remaining dust on the filter bag. After cleaning, the dust falling into the ash hopper is discharged through the conveying system.
