Flameless Explosion Venting Device OEM/ODM
The flameless relief device is composed of a flame-extinguishing template, an explosion vent, an explosion-proof junction box and a clamp. It can be installed in an indoor dust removal box. The explosion vent has a signaling device and can be linked through a junction box or other equipment. When a dust explosion occurs, the explosive disk reacts to the rapid impact of deflagration pressure and opens to release the pressure. The opened explosive disk is intercepted by the extinguishing module when the fireball passes. This achieves the function of blocking flames and burning and unburned dust by opening the explosion-proof door, thereby preventing damage caused by secondary explosions.
