1. Sensor detects pressure: The pressure sensor is one of the core components of the pressure regulation system of the horizontal baler. These sensors are usually installed inside the compression chamber or pressure cylinder of the baler, capable of monitoring pressure changes in real time and transmitting the detected pressure signal to the control system. These regulating valves can adjust the oil flow or pressure release in the hydraulic system according to the instructions of the control system, thereby adjusting the pressure level inside the baler. By controlling the opening or closing degree of the regulating valve, precise pressure adjustment can be achieved to ensure stable pressure during the packaging process.

4. Feedback control: The pressure regulation system is a closed-loop control system with feedback regulation function. This means that even if there are pressure fluctuations caused by changes in external factors or changes in material characteristics during the packaging process, the control system can detect it in time and make corresponding adjustments. Through constant monitoring and adjustment, the system can achieve dynamic control of pressure to ensure stability and consistency during the packaging process.

5. Safety protection: In the pressure regulation system of the horizontal baler, safety protection is one of the most important functions. When the pressure inside the baler exceeds the safe range, the control system will immediately activate the safety device and stop the baling process to prevent equipment damage or personal safety from being threatened. These safety devices can be pressure valves, emergency stop buttons or other safety measures, which can respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner and ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
