Cyclone Spray Tower OEM/ODM
During equipment operation, the paint mist enters the high-speed cyclone guide rail device under the traction of the negative pressure fan, and the paint mist, cyclone, and water undergo a gas concentration emulsification reaction during high-speed rotation. The high-speed operation of the pneumatic mixed flow device allows the paint mist to be fully mixed with the rotating liquid, achieving paint liquid separation under the action of centrifugal force. The cyclone bucket uses a water pump to circulate the water supply internally, which is sprayed out by a spiral nozzle installed at the bottom of the waterproof layer that never stops. The dust particles separated from the paint mist sink to the bottom of the water tank, and the separated gas enters the environmentally friendly filing material waterproof layer and then enters the exhaust gas treatment equipment in the later stage. After being treated by a cyclone purification cabinet, the paint mist purification rate can reach over 95%.
