Wet Venturi Dust Collector OEM/ODM
High-efficiency Venturi wet dust collector uses the Venturi principle and gas phase negative pressure to form a spray liquid phase. The inhaled dust is captured and adsorbed by the liquid phase mist to form large droplets that fall into the separation sedimentation tank. Part of the mist passes through multiple channels. The demister adsorbs, soaks, and falls back into the separation sedimentation tank, and the cycle spray starts over and over again. The water level of the sedimentation tank is controlled by a liquid level gauge, and the water vapor lost by evaporation during the automatic replenishment operation is automatically replenished. Under normal circumstances, when the amount of dust to be processed is large, a matching cyclone separator should be installed in front of the dust collector for pretreatment to reduce the pollution of the circulating water of the sedimentation tank by large amounts of dust and reduce the number of collections of sediments in the sedimentation tank. The filter unit of this machine has no obstruction, high sedimentation, and separation efficiency, and the discharged air meets the standards.
