This equipment adopts the negative pressure operation mode required by the Work Safety Supervision Bureau. The main machine is equipped with an explosion-proof negative pressure centrifuge and a flameless discharge and explosion-proof device. When a dust explosion occurs, the explosive vents in the device react to the rapid impact of deflagration pressure and open to release the pressure. The explosive vents that open when the fireball passes are intercepted by the extinguishing module. This achieves the goal of blocking flames and preventing damage caused by secondary explosions through the action of burning and unburned dust that opens the explosion-proof door.
